My name is Francesco Margaretini and I specialize in creating unforgettable weddings, carefully selected villa stays and well-organized events in Italy and beyond.
Born in a small village in Italy, I built my career through international experience in hospitality, client service, and management, always with a strong focus on people, quality, and attention to detail.
My journey first took me to London, where I worked in hospitality before becoming an Account Manager for 19 prestigious fragrance brands at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge. This experience introduced me to a world of refined service, high standards, and personalized client care.
A few years later, I moved to Bangkok to manage a company with more than 200 employees, further developing my leadership, operational and organizational skills in an international setting.
Today, I spend part of the year in Italy and part in Bangkok, a balance that allows me to stay closely connected to both my clients and my trusted network of partners.
My main focus is wedding planning, helping couples create elegant, personal celebrations in Italy and other beautiful destinations. From the early planning stages to the day of the event, I work closely with each couple to ensure the experience feels smooth, enjoyable, and professionally managed throughout.
In addition to weddings, I also assist with villa stays and accommodations, offering carefully selected options for holidays, wedding guests, and private escapes. I also organize events and special occasions, always with the same commitment to quality, care and seamless coordination.
My aim is to make every experience feel personal, well curated, and stress free, so that clients can enjoy the moment while I take care of the details.
